On September 5, the 2023 World Gold Technology Conference and the China Gold Industry Industry Chain Innovation Forum opened in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.
Lu Jin, member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, President of the China Gold Association, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Gold Group Co., Ltd., Guo Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Northeastern University, Li Zaixian, Vice Chairman of the Mineral Processing and Extraction Metallurgy Branch of the American Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, Mo Wei, former chairman and board member of the Canadian Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Association, Mark Norp, mary Barnard, representative of the South African Association of Mining and Metallurgy and President of the 2021 World Gold Congress, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Tedavi, CEO of the World Gold Council, and Trevor Raymond, CEO of the World Platinum Investment Association, delivered speeches by video. Feng Xiating, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and president of Northeastern University, delivered a keynote speech.
