On September 14, 2022, the company held the 2022 mid year work meeting, which was chaired by Zhao Feng, vice general manager and chief engineer of the company, and Li Xiaodong, president, made a work report. Some domestic employees participated offline.

President Li Xiaodong's work report is divided into seven parts:
The first part briefly reviews the history of CGME.
CGME was born in the historical tide of reform and opening up, and was appointed by the design institute at a critical moment of development. After seven years of setbacks, CGME has forged ahead and formed today's great situation;
The second part summarizes the work in 2021 and the first half of 2022.
CGME has fully completed various work indicators issued by the Group Company and the design institute, with full design tasks and sufficient cash flow.
The third part is the current situation.
The competition in the international and domestic mining technology service market is becoming increasingly fierce; The Group Company, the shareholder design institute and CGME are all faced with the replacement of new and old leaders; The future is full of uncertainty and increasingly severe survival situation.
The fourth part is the relationship with the shareholder design institute.
The report emphasized that CGME should adapt to and integrate into the development of the design institute and do more explanation work in the face of incomprehension. Firmly adhere to the red line of state-owned enterprises and the red line of local laws and regulations.

Zhao Feng, Deputy General Manager, Guo Yinghua, consultant, Zhang Mingyang from the Project Management Department and Zhang Shuo from the Administration Department summarized the work in the first half of the year.
