In April, the CICC Advisory Group visited Vale and Hatch.
The seven-member delegation went to Vale Creighton for a field trip. At the scene, the mining personnel listened to the Creighton mine chief engineer to introduce the details of the mine, and explained the deep mining methods and solutions to emergencies. Mine machinery personnel and well construction personnel went deep into the production line, focusing on visiting the winch room, lifting and electric control, as well as shaft installation and support. And in the course of the inspection, our technical staff and on-site staff conducted in-depth communication, mastered the first-hand information.
In the same month, a seven-member delegation went to hatch for technical exchanges. First of all, listen to Dr. Yao introduced the basic situation of deep well mines in Canada, focusing on the impact of rock mechanics and in-situ stress on deep wells. Then Hatch's mechanical engineers, ventilation engineers and lifting engineers made specific reports on different systems. Our personnel also conducted detailed physical questions and in-depth discussions. The meeting was held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and basically achieved our expected goal.
After the deep well technology inspection, CICC Consulting, as a bridge, organized Chinese and foreign technical personnel for in-depth cooperation.
